Harvey Welker was a Native American. Julie Welker was an African American. Her mother works as an agent, and her father works as a civil engineer. Walker attended the Germantown Friends School of Philadelphia's Germantown in 1994, and was awarded the diploma in 1994. After that, she went to Harvard College where she earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker and John Hughes, a famous marketing director of Merck Philadelphia who has two kids together. In 2014 the couple began to have an affair. John, John's husband is a year older than him. Their relationship was progressing enough that they decided to take their relationship to a new level. The 4th of March 2017 was the day that the couple got married. Their wedding took place in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The ceremony took place at the Hyatt at the Hyatt in Philadelphia.
