Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan has been an Australian model, actor, and television personality since 10th May 1981. Her fame was first noticed in Australia with the role of Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap opera Neighbors for a total of 100 episodes that were broadcast from 2006 to 2007. Her first project to be a part of Hollywood was a comedy based on choral singing Hollywood & Wine in which she played a young actress who is newly arrived in Hollywood. In the 9th season of Scrubs she appeared as Maya who is a very appealing medical student. Suddenly, the show is cancelled. In the next few years, she will remain involved in a Farrelly brothers' comedic Good to shoot starring Jason Sudeiki's Owen Wilson. 2013 was the year she had the opportunity to take on more challenging assignments. The actress was in six episodes of the series detective Franklin and Bash, and later, she got her first appearance as a regular on the online series Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. She also plays the character of Chad Michael Murray's rebuttal in the series' first and the second seasons. Then she played a supporting role in two feature films which focused on planes. The first one was a TV film made for SyFy's flight 7500, featuring the actors of television series. The other one was Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She is a pilot. But above all she shares the cover of a brand new television series entitled Matador featuring Gabriel Luna. The thriller-based series in which actors play CIA agents. It is directed by director Robert Rodriguez however does not over a total with 13 episodes. The pilot for a second show that hasn't had much success, is in development. She also shared the poster for a B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause and then was seen as a character in comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. Also, she is part of the large-scale distribution of Terrence Malick's experimental Knight of Cups. Also, she is featured in five episodes of the Satisfaction series.
